This course is delivered online. You will be provided a login to complete the course. It is a self paced course allowing you to stop and start as you please. Phone support is available during business hours if you require support.
The length of the course is 60 nominal hours. It is expected you will be able to complete the course within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from enrolment.

This course covers the skills and knowledge required to comply with business regulations. It applies to individuals operating a small business who need to interpret legislation and regulations, and develop procedures to manage compliance
When you successfully complete this course you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency BSBSMB401 Establish legal and risk management requirements of a small business.
